引言
  Introduction


  上房物业的公众物业服务起步于1987年管理上海市委、市政府办公、宾馆与商业物业。1992年始我们先后与台湾千翔大楼物业管理公司、美国Johnson Controls及新加坡最大公众物业管理企业CPG EMS合资或合作,迅速构建起国际化视野的公众物业管理标准化体系,服务项目覆盖商办楼宇、政府物业、使领馆、园区、展览馆、体育场馆、影剧院、医院和工业厂房等众多的公众物业类型。
我们2001年推出“锐翔物业”细分市场品牌与架构,现已成为中国物业管理一级资质企业和国内最大公众物业服务企业之一,参与《上海市医院物业管理行业标准》、《上海园区物业管理行业标准》等地方标准的制定并以长三角为依托管理着100多个公众物业项目。

SFPM Started its provision of public property services in 1987, when she delivered such services to the Shanghai municipal government offices, hotels and commercial properties. In 1992, we began to build relationships of joint venture or cooperation like with Taiwan YI Sheng Building Property Management Company, Johnson Controls of USA and CPG EMS of Singapore's largest public property management company, by which we quickly set up a standardization system of public property management of the international vision. Such a type of public properties to which we delivered services include commercial and office buildings, the Government properties, embassies and consulates, parks, exhibition halls, stadiums, theaters, hospitals and industrial plants, etc.
We launched our sub-market brand and structure of "Richtech Property" in 2001. It has become a "Class I" qualified company of China property management and a national largest public property services provider. We involved in the preparations of some local standards, e.g. " Standard of hospital property management industry of Shanghai", “Standard of park property management industry of Shanghai”. There are more than 100 facilities of public properties to which we are delivering services based on the Yangtze River Delta.
